I observed heaviness at my upper portion of chest 2 months ago. This problem was observed during my morning walk after I had walk of 8 to 10 Min. Throughout day there was no heaviness or any pain observed. I had taken ECG which had shown some minor changes. 2D Echo taken at same time was OK. This problem was for 4 to 5 days & afterwords gradually reduced. ECG taken after 10 days of issue was OK. Presently I walk for 30 Min in morning & 30 min in evening. Kindly advice any further test or care is required?
