Just take PPI, you shall be alright most of the time.In case of no relief may require further investigations like manometry, ph studies, repeat Barium swallow, etc.

Do not go for traditional procedures which can land up in serious trouble. If the hydrocele is small you can wait. Otherwise it needs surgery to cure it completely.
