From the past 1 week, I was feeling body pains when I woke up. Some times they are very severe. After sometime from waking up the intensity of pain is reduced, but does not vanish completely. I don't know the reason for this sudden problem. I was worried about this yesterday when I suffered severe headache at night. I did not experience any sleeping problems. Thank you in advance. A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

This seems to be due to low sugar in body because of fast and long exercise Rest for few hour Eat something like sweet biscuit, Tea with sugar Next time do not do exercise like this You can take help of good Gym trainer for learning exercise Consult me again if symptom persist or worsen

You should continue your physiotherapy if you are having pain. Few things I would like to tell you, firstly when you sleep turned to one side you should try to bring your knees close to your chest by folding your hip and knees and keep a pillow between your thighs. When you sleep straight with your face facing the ceiling, you should try to keep your legs folded by putting 2-3 pillows bellow your knees. This will keep your back relaxed in night. Even when you sit for long hours you should keep some foot rest bellow your feet so that you knees are slightly above the level of you seat. Try avoid long hours travelling.

Take pranacharya kasantak syrup 2-2 tsf in hot water twice a day. Take sitopaladi. Praval and tankan bhasm churna with honey 3-4 times a day. Take ginger black pepper and basil leaves tea. Gargle with hot water (salted) avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

these are the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. @ avoid sleeping 2 hrs after dinner. @ drink plenty of water @ avoid chocolates, coffee, peppermint, junk food, carbonated drinks, alcohol. @ add salad to your diet. @ walk regularly in morning for at least half an hour. it you want to take medicïinal help, pls consult via lybrate.
