They are common side effects of hp kit due to antibiotics. Continue medicine and mostly symptoms will improve. Take curd daily. If too much symptoms consult doctor.

If your liver enzymes are persistently elevated. You need to consult hepatologist and get your evaluated. He might advise you some blood reports and usg abdomen.

Most likely it is internal hemorrhoids. But get your colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy done to confirm it. Take high fibre diet and avoid straining while passing stool.

Bleeding in stool at your age should not be taken lightly. You should consult gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy done if advised. Avoid taking self medication.
