Ear wax will be cleaned time to time itself. But generally ENT specialist use hydrogen peroxide to clean but its not safe to use without any ENT or other doctor. Don't worry body generally throw waste material by best manner. When it will reach in your capturing power take it off. Take more liquid diet. And use UBTAN on face to remove scars.

I am 26 years old and snore while sleeping and main problem is snoring sound which is very high as per feedback of my family. I was feel very sleepy even though I take 8-9 hrs sleep but sleep late and wakeup late. Please need your advice to cope with snoring and sleep as am not able to concentrate on my studies.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Most of the time, vaginal discharge is perfectly normal. The amount can vary, as can odor and hue (its color can range from clear to a milky white-ish), depending on the time in your menstrual cycle. For example, there will be more discharge if you are ovulating, breastfeeding, or are sexually aroused. The smell may be different if you are pregnant or you haven't been diligent about your personal hygiene. None of those changes is cause for alarm. Any sudden change to your discharge may indicate a vaginal infection. You should be aware of how your discharge naturally varies throughout your cycle and what isn't normal, but obvious warning signs of infection are: ? a change in colour or consistency ? a sudden bad smell ? an unusually large amount of discharge ? another symptom alongside the discharge, such as itching outside your vagina or pain in your pelvis or tummy ? unexpected bleeding from the vagina Here are some tips for preventing vaginal infections that can lead to abnormal discharge: ? Keep the vagina clean by washing regularly with a gentle, mild soap and warm water. One can use vaginal wash available in market. ? Never use scented soaps and feminine products or douche. Also avoid feminine sprays and bubble baths. ? Wear cotton underpants, and avoid overly tight clothing. ? After going to the bathroom, always wipe from front to back to prevent bacteria from getting into the vagina and causing an infection. ? Avoid vaginal douching unless recommended by doctor.

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo men after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Take your mind off love by getting engaged in other things which you like. This is just one part of life do not make it your whole life. Do exercise, get some hobby, go out with friends. Prioritize what you want and work towards that. Avoid any emotional triggers and remind yourself if this will matter to you 1 year down the line.

Hello, dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo. Home remedies are as follows:- coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week. Revert me after 1 month.

If you are having multiple blackheads and whiteheads and even painful acne lesions with some having pus then you require treatment, you may consult a dermatologist. Please do not try to remove the whiteheads. Do not squeeze the pimples even though you feel that it gives relief when the infection or clogg comes out. Wash your face regularly. You can use a ski cleanser for oily skin. Please donot scrub or get facial done athis point of acne flare.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, you should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night, don't skip breakfast. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.
