To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass. Sun tan can be removed by using besan as a cleanser before bath.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hair fall can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. Greying of hair increases with nutritional deficiencies. So, make sure to have plenty of milk, milk products, fish, jaggery, spinach, lettuce, wheat, meat. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

Does she have pain in both joints or one only at her age its common to have dgenerativre diseases of bones the first thing she must do is not to sit on the floor she should sit about 1 1/2 feet above the ground level use only western toilet this will reduce the pain and delay the degenerative process get an xray to see what the problem is let me know after the xray is done.

Sir, I am a male, aged 85. Got mild heart attack about 30 yrs back. Other wise I am quite OK. Every day, I walk for about 30 mts. (about 3 kms equivalent) My body mass is OK. I am a vegetarian, no smoking and no alcohol etc.Other wise I am having a healthy life. I usually consult a good cardiologist about 2 times in an year. My regular medicines are : Morning after breakfast : Imdur 30, Repolal, Razel-10 After noon after lunch : Aspisol-75 Night after meals : Repace H I some times once on 2 to 3 months gets pain in the chest and the position of pain varies time to time. The pain lasts for 2 to 4 hours. More or less acute in the first hour and gradually diminish. The pain may come in the morning, evening or mid night and so on. The only medicine I take is Sorbitrate - 5mg under the tongue. Some 4 to 6 tablets I consume one after the other each time. I suspect this as mild heart attack. After I become normal, I usually get an ECG which is shown to the doctor. I often told the doctor about this and he chides that a cardiologist alone can diagnosis a heart attacks. My cardiologist works in a reputable hospital around 50 kms away from my place. Once, about 8 yrs back, I got a chest pain around 10 AM. I left my place by car and by the time I could meet the cardiologist it took about 4 to 5 hours. By that time there is no chest pain at all. Still, the doctor insisted me to get admitted in the hospital. There were routine check ups, ECG etc. As my chest pain often lasts 2 to 3 hours only and it completely subsides by the time I could meet the doctor, it appears redundant for the trip besides scaring my family and children. If the chest pain occurs during the night, it may take even 6 or more hours by the time I could meet the doctor. So, I almost made up my mind not to disturb my wife and son at the chest pains and manage with the Sorbitrate - 5mg tablets and preying god. Under these circumstances, is there a better alternative ? Please suggest.

Im having huge amount of hairfall. I know maximum 100strands of hair falls normally in a day but this amount of hairfall has almost reduced my hair volume by nearly 50%. If you have any type of skin wart, it means that you came in contact with a wart-causing virus sometime in the past, though it could have been months ago. The viruses are more likely to cause warts when they come in contact with skin that is damaged or cut. Getting a small scrape or biting fingernails may bring on wart. Similarly, cuts and nicks from shaving can provide an avenue for infection. This explains why men may have warts in the beard area, while women often have them appear on the legs.

7 days after the missed period you should get urine pregnancy test done at home to find out. Before that period it can come negative. If negative on that day, keep repeating the test till she gets her menses.
