Most probably there may be muscular problem like spasm or sprain. Do not do same weight training excs. Hot fermentation. Take rest.

Dear sarika, few precautions you need to take- stop sitting continuously for longer duration not more than 45 mins at a stretch. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight. Do hot fomentation take anti inflammatory analgesics.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

I am 34 year old female. I am experiencing pain on the sides of right leg heel for last 2 months. The pain is acute during morning when I get up from sleep. Also, I feel the same pain when I get up after sitting for a while. Please note that it does not pain while walking since the pain is on the sides and not in the middle.

I have a left knee pain for the past two month It does not pain while I am playing but after playing it pains a lot.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. I had suffering arthritis. I taken treatment from rheumatology doctor. But when climate change and any issue in stumuck a lot of pain in joint between back and both leg in upper side. In early morning a lot of pain. If I taken medicine then problems resolved. But how much days medicine should be taken? Saaz500, rantac150, zempred4.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There can actually be many reasons of pain in shoulder and hand region, it could be some degeneration in neck region or shoulder region. Also there can be an element of inflammation which can cause this also. My advise to you will be to start with some gentle anti inflammatory medication, physical therapy, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake and activity modification which leads to less stress on your neck and shoulder region. If you do not improve in next 2-3 weeks time, we will have to investigate you and get some investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Pain lasting for a long time leads to weakness of the involved area and disrupted posture. Try to strengthen your back with tummy tucking exercise and simple stretches of back like knee to chest exercise and side bending exercise in the morning and repeat it for 10-15 times.

I' m suffering from frozen shoulder from last five months and my left arm is lifting till 90 degree only with continuous pain. Let me know what to do?

Treatment of frozen shoulder is done by exercise and physiotherapy. Sometimes it can take months to get relief. In severe cases manipulation of the shoulder is done under anesthesia to give quicker relief. Ice packs immediately before and after physio will help reduce the pain during physio. You need get strengthen your muscles around knee. Do strengthening exercises of quads. Hams. & calf. Take few sitting under the supervision of physiotherapist he/she will teach you exercises the the same.
