Very active 63 year old, getting mild knee pain. What should I do to cure/overcome it? I am a vegetarian.
At 63 years Mild pain in Knee is still a good going. But now you should avoid bending knees, avoid cross-legged sitting, avoid squatting (use western toilet). Eat healthy food, do walking on soft surface for 15-20 minutes. Do Static Quadriceps exercises (from physiotherapist) Avoid gaining weight.

Don't try self diagnosis. Consult a doctor and get examine and start therapy. Testicular cancer is very much curable, even in very late stage. So, don't waste time.

Hi lybrate-user. Most commonly the back pain is related to bad posture and lack of exercise. Meet a physiotherapist and get an advise regarding proper posture and fillow it. Try some back strengthening exercises if pain allows. If pain persists you should consult a specialist.

I use to jog everyday. For the last two weeks my thigh muscle is paining when I run. Am guessing it was muscle cramps. If so what to do to overcome that?

I suggest you keep walking for few days till the muscle strengthens. After that every alternative day, try running. And tell me how you feel.

dear saroj, nothing to worry about shoulder pain or neck, neck pain or cervical spondylitis when totally decreased your shoulder pain will also reduce. i suggest you for ultrasonic or inferential therapy with little shoulder strengthening excercises once a day will totally reduce shoulder pain. at home also you can apply diclofenac ointment with therapy and then excercise twice a day will helps reducing pain.

I think you should be more close to your family and friends and should consult an orthopaedist for your back pain, it seems to be associated with your age. Try engaging in activities you like in whichever form.
