Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician take ultrasonic therapy for 7 days.

I have hairline left clavicle fracture since past 25 days. I have put clavicle brace n hand sling. My left hand gets swollen wherever I am walking or sitting but the swelling is gone when I am sleeping or lying on bed.

Hi, it is happen in this type of fracture. You should avoid excess pressure over upper back. And avoid long sitting. You should wait at least 3 to 4 week more. And use cold formantation.

Probably she is having calcium and vit. D deficiency if no traumatic history is there. Give her milk and other dairy products .date ,coconut water. If problem persist take my private consult.

Posture correction must. Tk soft pillow for back support. Do stretching exercises. Do hot fermentation. If required then start physiotherapy treatment in sever pain. Avoid toward bending.

My mother is suffering from oa of knee & trk is suggested by the doctors. Please provide suitable hospital with estimated cost for knee replacement, if it is required. Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out her problem. These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

1.Neck Isometrics 2.Massage over back of the Neck 3.Chin Tuck in exercises 4.Towel roll press under the Neck while lying supine 5.Kinesiology Taping to inhibit Trapezius muscles overload 6.Ultrasonic Therapy over the most painful area.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
