You have to do a exercise or yoga for this condition it's very important to make a active. Breakfast should be heavy include all veggies and fruits in your diet lunch is also very proper no rice in lunch mid eve take fruits dinner should be light. No fried items no outside food no table salt.

I am 20 years of age, 165 cms tall and I weigh only 52 kgs. I play football for my college team which means I do more cardio than required and it doesn't let me gain weight. I need to gain at least 5 kgs. I need a fit, strong and an athletic body (not fat) so that I can improve my strength and speed in the game. Which supplement (s) should I go for? Mass gainers? Whey Protein? Casein? Or something else? Please keep in mind that I need to do cardio 5 days a week. I can't cut on my cardio as I am a footballer.
