You need to start daily workout (exercise), if you have habit of overeating then you should stop it. Do it for 2 week if not getting result then we will go for investigations. I am hopeful you will get best results in this time phase. Take care.

Ways Ayurvedic Massages Are Beneficial For You!

Ayurveda translates to study of life and is one of oldest medicine systems in the world. It works by treating the body as a whole system and gets to the problem. It believes that good health is a result of the balance between the 3 body elements Vata, pitta and kapha. The imbalance between these three cause disease and treatment should be aimed at restoring this balance.

Oils are one of the widely used Ayurvedic remedies, and there are multiple benefits of an Ayurvedic oil massage. Therapists would recommend this to be a daily routine for overall well-being. While pain relief is an obvious benefit, read on to know some of the lesser known benefits of an oil massage.

On a regular basis, there is stress and toxins that are accumulated in the body. A good massage dissolves these toxins and rejuvenates and recharges the body. The body and the mind are relaxed and soothed.
The physical motions of an oil massage improve circulation to all parts of the body.

The overall sensation is improved.

  1. Internal organs are stimulated, thereby their efficiency is improved.
  2. The oil per se provides good lubrication for the joints, thereby, enabling smoother joint and bone movement
  3. The muscles are toned, and with the improved circulation and nerve ending stimulation, the muscles are toned
  4. The nerve endings are stimulated, and the nerves are calmed. This is responsible for the calming effect after a massage.
  5. The stimulated nerve endings also improve the mental alertness and increase the overall physical stamina of a person.
  6. The body’s ability to eliminate toxins is improved, thereby leaving behind a cleaner overall system (skin, kidneys, and intestines).
  7. A lot of waste and toxins are removed from the skin, thereby leaving the skin softer and smoother. The oils used also seep in through the skin, nourishing the underlying layers of the skin. This also contributes to the glowing, youthful appearance.
  8. The massage relaxes the body physically and mentally. The overall result is also a deeper, refreshing sleep pattern for the person.
  9. Massaging the naval area in a clockwise direction and foot massage may seem far connected to vision, but these are actually proven areas that affect vision. Massaging these areas is shown to be beneficial for vision.
  10. The lymphatic system is also revitalised by improving lymphatic drainage. Excess toxins from the body are removed, leaving the overall body in a healthy and recharged state.
  11. Regular massage removes free radicals from the body, thereby, reducing overall levels of general inflammation. This reduces ageing effects (both internally and externally). The result is a younger, rejuvenated appearance.

How Ayurveda Can Help Manage Piles & Fissures?

Piles, fistula and fissures are the most common problems affecting the rectum and the anus. Both the rectum as well as the anus has a very rich vascular supply. There could be swelling of these blood vessels or tearing which can lead to the above conditions. Read on to know additional details about each of these conditions. 

Piles: In simple words, swollen blood vessels of the anal region are called piles. It can be internal or external, depending on how far it is from the anal canal. If it is located farther inside the anal canal, it is called internal piles.

Causes:

Symptoms: Starts off as painless bleeding, which happens in drops after bowel movement; the swelling happens much later. They can continue to grow and develop blood clots.

Treatment:

  • In the early stages, once identified, simple topical medications for symptom relief are sufficient.
  • Diet should be rich in fiber, with fruits and vegetables
  • Increased water consumption
  • Surgery if the disease has reached the stage of blood clots
  • Prevention is advised if there is a family history by consuming a fiber-rich diet and maintaining hydration

Fistula: When an infected anal gland bursts into the anal canal, it constantly discharges pus into the anal canal and becomes a fistula. Hygienic toilet habits can help in preventing fistulas.

Symptoms:

  • A constant wet feeling in the anal area, due to pus discharge.
  • This would be intermittent, and there would be periods with no discharge.
  • There could be a foul smell due to pus discharge.

Diagnosis and Treatment:

  • Identifying the exact location is important as surgery may be required.
  • An ultrasound scan or an MRI is usually done.
  • Newer techniques like Video Assisted Anal Fistula Treatment (VAAFT) are used. This locates the piles accurately and uses electric current to seal it with staples and surgical glue.
  • Conventional surgery is also used for economic or accessibility reasons.
  • Fissures: These cracks anywhere in the length of the anal canal are extremely common.

Symptoms

  • Very painful and the person may not want to go to the toilet
  • Rarely bleeding is also seen, maybe in very small amounts

Treatment:

  • Over 90% of the fissures do not require surgery
  • Switching to a high-fiber diet and improving hydration will help in managing these symptoms.
  • Topical relief can be provided by medications.
  • When they are recurrent, a procedure known as lateral sphincterotomy is done. This is an outpatient procedure and provides immediate relief.

Though one condition can lead to another, in most people, there is a strong genetic component, and working towards prevention is highly recommended. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

You should eat heavy diet if your health permit food as much as baby can music therapy is one the best make baby busy and tired before sleep make pleasant environment around the room including his bed and other.

I'm currently pursuing civil engineering at Tezpur University. Though I'm studying engineering, I hardly have any interest in it. I want to be a novelist and a filmmaker. But there is neither any good scope for this nor our society encourages it. So, I ended up enrolling in engineering college by securing a seat. But I want to do something creative. I really feel disheartened and so I'm frustrated with my life. I feel like breaking and destroying everything. Why doesn't our society value creativity and imagination. Why? Instead it values all rote learned geniuses. I'm deeply saddened by this. Every time I realize that perhaps being creative in this society is my greatest mistake.

You are in a creative area as the civil engineer is related to construction you can involve your self with positive thoughts and try to create something that no one tried. Being a novelist you just need to spend time on it. Hope you find someone outside who can guide you and you can balance both sides your interest and also the social status - don't disappoint with your self as I mentioned engineering is a creative line and they are innovative. I am 23 year old male and suffering from mental illness since last 1 year. Doctor said that there is chemical imbalance in my brain. Due to this sometimes I feel good and sometimes I feel bad. When I am alone I feel very depressed and negative thoughts comes into my mind. You should involve your self in some activities, job, specially in your hobbies. In Ayurveda you will get shirodhaara and nashya procedures which are best. If possible make a trip with family/friends will help you a lot. Take care.

I advice Virechan karma first and then matra basti and Medicines for aggravated pitta - it is very effective and reduce your problem promptly. Guided diet is must for few months. Till home remedies like 'dhaniya, Desi gulab & jira mishrit pani' - 1 tab. Spoon each in powder for 1 lit. Water.
