Yes, it's post menopausal syndrome consult your gynaecologist to overcome it. And about frequent urination, may be due to vaginal n urethral dryness. Apply evalon vaginal cream. Also do USG and urine test. Best is consult your urologist.

Simply avoiding fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day Will help you in reducing weight.

You are desperate to loose weight but problem is you might be thinking that you have to loose fast and in that dedication becomes a challenge. Always try to focus on achieving small targets and while loosing weight you have to be very patient. So, be patient and achieve smaller goals.

Improve your diet first by taking iron rich diet like Gur, roasted chana, Anar, paneer in diet .take milk daily and get a ultrasound done to rule out Polycystic ovaries.

I am facing hair fall issue, back acne and the most irritating thing I got boils on my buttock 4-5 days back and it is paining like hell. I am 40 year old male. My height is 5'6" and weight is around 100 kgs. I have tried everything to lose weight but failed in all my attempts. I tried the following: - warm water with lemon and honey in the morning - plain warm water in the morning - Aerobics - Gym - Running and jogging - Weight loss powder and tablets/capsules My thyroid function tests are all normal. But LDL and trigs are very high. My diet is also very low - I eat 2 chapatis in the morning 1 in the afternoon and maximum 2 in the evening with lots of veggies. I am a pure vegetarian, away from all vices like alcohol, tobacco or any non veg. I am very depressed. Please help!

Honey with anything hot is bad for health (a very less known fact) Everyone has their own body constitution according to ayurveda. So what might help to lose weight for you may not help you. Also, high LDL and triglycerides point to some underlying medical issue. So kindly consult a diet expert or ayurveda expert for the same.

Oxygen saturation of 98 is normal and if your pulse rate or bpm is always 95 and above than it can be due to anxiety or any heart disease to be ruled out by a 2decho investigation.

STDs - Things You Must Be Careful About!

STDs can be said to be the main down side to what is globally known as the most widely appreciated pastime. Yes, your read that right, as they can also be quite rampant. For example, by the age of twenty five, about half of all sexually active adults would have been the victim of at least one STD. Therefore, one should be aware of the risks and take precautions while indulging in sexual activities.

A lot of people are of the opinion that only an actual act of sex can lead to an infection by an STD. However, this is really not true as any sexual activity which features any or all of the mouth, penis, vagina and the anus has the potential to lead to an infection by an STD.

What doesn’t feel right?

  • STDs come in all sorts of ways. Some of them are curable and can be successfully treated while others just have to be managed. One of the symptoms to keep an eye out for includes a swelling or redness in the region around the penis or the vagina. Also, if a person experiences a lot of pain during urination, it is a very good idea to get checked for an STD.
  • The symptoms of an STD are basically that not everything feels okay. Apart from the symptoms which have been mentioned, others which also exist and serve as a warning sign are a severe itching, which is experienced in the genital region and a discharge from the penis or vagina. In addition to this, unexplained weight loss along with skin rashes and bumps, sores or warts around the mouth, or the genital regions are also fairly good signs that an STD has been contracted.

Road to recovery

  • If a person suspects that he or she may have an STD, it is very important to consult a doctor as delaying in doing so can harm other parts of one’s body, and at times permanently.
  • When it comes to the treatment of an STD, an antibiotic course of treatment is usually the way to go. It is important that the course of medication which is followed is specifically for that person as using another person’s medicine course can backfire.
  • The best way to practically avoid contracting an STD is to practice safe sex. Sex is something which is supposed to be fun and satisfying. Keeping a few things in mind, the fun can be almost unbridled.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy
