Dear which side is he paralysed? was it a clot or a bleed? is he diabetic? or hypertensive? however unfortunately there is nothing much we can do about the memory, time will take its own course and he should recover. If possible please upload his ct scan or mri and ecg. More important is that we have to prevent any further strokes. So we have to find out why did he have it in the first place.

I want to around 4-5 kg weight. I have some fat around my belly. Kindly help me with my diet plan or exercise etc.

First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chpaati les than yuour actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk after dinner. .

Hi lybrate user 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days it gives you excellent result thanks.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. For pimples/acne apply Faceclin gel/D'acne plus twice daily over affected area For marks apply Demelan cream/Photoscreen Depigment cream once weekly at night (very little over marks only) Face wash Episoft OC for morning.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.
