You being an athelete have higher requirement of calories and proteins. You need a healthy wholesome diet with inrease in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. If you are a vegetarian have more of full fat milk and milk products with good amount of pulses and legumes, seeds and dry fruits. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Hi For back pain you can take 8 sessions of S.W.D and I.F.T followed by flexion exercise of back and for ankle do streching of calf muscles followed by contrast bath, consult physiotherapist for same.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.
