Mr. Lybrate-user as you know it is due pressure and tension. Try to relax mentally. Take some mood elevating herb like as brahmi, vacha, shankhpushpi, jatamansi etc. Take full sleep and meditation. Which will helpful to out with depression avoid excess spicy food and any simulation.

Ginger can help reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, thus providing relief from a headache. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. Another option is to apply a paste of one teaspoon of dry ginger powder, also called sonth, and two tablespoons of water on the forehead for a few minutes.

Hello lybrate-user. As per study a person can't concentrate on particular subject more than 20 mins. So you r far ahead. Don't worry at all. After 2 hr just relax your brain. As it get fatigued partly by study n partly by your anxiety to achieve n competitive things going on in your mind. In this small brk of 15-20 mins you can listen to songs, talk with family members or just close your eyes n feel d life after achieving c. A. You will b full of energy.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

All About Lower Back Pain!

Lower back pain? Degeneration of the spine? Lumbar disc problems? Joint pain? Body aches?

For all of the above, the one common solution is popping a calcium or D3 supplement. It’s true though, a deficiency of these vitamins can cause all of the above, but there are many ways of looking at this. You can be popping the best brand of supplements, but remember, it just does not work that way. For calcium to get absorbed into the bones, your D3 levels have to be adequate. If it’s not, your calcium supplement that is being wasted, so are the foods rich in calcium that you are consuming. Furthermore, Vitamin K is such an ignored vitamin, but you should know, Vitamin K is needed for the bones to absorb Calcium. Vitamin K is found in dairy products and green leafy veggies. 

So here’s how it works. For strong and healthy bones, joints and a super strong spine, you need sufficient calcium, D3 and Vitamin K for it to work effectively. I should add in B12 as B12 is necessary for healthy bone marrow, and for the body and spine to grow strong and healthy. Calcium, Vitamin K, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3A balanced diet should give you all of that.

  • Apart from nutrition, have a look at the points below: 
  • Regular and smart exercise, stretching, warm up and cool downs.
  •  Knowing your tiger muscles and working on flexibility.
  •  DO NOT SIT IN ONE PLACE FOR MORE THAN 30-45 MINUTES.
  • This is too much strain and stress on your lower back/sacrum and it leads to lower back, sciatica and lower body aches and pains.
  • Look for nutrition in fresh and real foods. Supplement only if you have to and if you have a deficiency. 
  • The choice of preventing or healing yourself from pains as such, is all up to you.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello,you can take homeopathic medicines 1.Euphrasia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2.Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days and update with the feedback. Back exercises. Many people go to physiotherapists with back pain. Here are two exercises that help to relieve pain and reduce stiffness in the back: •Dear, 1. Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body.

From fever to migrain and from sinus to meningitis and then to head injury there are more than 100 different causes. Doctor can help in short listing and then pinpointing the actual cause by going into complaints, clinical examination and may be different investigations (if found necessary). I don't think there any scientific medicinal remedies from improvement of a normal brain.
