Last week me and my girlfriend got intimate and I kissed and Pressed her boobs hard. Het nipples then started paining for few days. I also inserted my finger half way inside her vagina. She didn't get her periods that time. Now yesterday she told me then till now she didn't get her period and she is worried. I want to know is there anything wrong with her?

Hello, there is all possibility that the delay in her menses is likely to be stress induced. She may rule out pregnancy after 7days post missed period sand once negative then she can safely wait for her menses to resume for atleast 2 weeks post missed periods before opting for a progesterone withdrawal.

Hi I am 31 yr old male, I suddenly developed a neck pain which goes towards shoulder both sides. I felt I am not able to lift my body in the morning. I somehow managed to stand and did some stretching exercise for 20 min to reduce the pain and felt little better the all day, but again same problem persists next morning. What should I do?

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Yes, with increasing age, sleep duration and pattern changes but 7 hours sleep is required for healthy life.

What are the symptoms of dengue? How can we overcome if we are suffering from dengue disease?

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants

Yes one is not comfortable when oneself is suffering from high b p diabetes. And for that one has to take so many medicines which has its own side effects. Ask your mommy to for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. With some pranayam land yoga like bajrasan, sabasan etc she should take plenty of water to drink also along with medication for her ailments.

The groin area, inner thighs, elbows and knees are always darker than normal skin tone. You can go for laser de pigmentation if you really want good results. You may use kojic soap if it suits your skin. (it needs testing and heavy moisturisation)

My platelets count is 0.99.am I having dengue? What is the normal platelets count?

Normal Platelet ciunt should be between 2.5 lacs to 4 lacs. In certain viral infections it decreases but mere low platelet count does not mean it is due to dengue. Whatever the cause, one should watch for spontaneous bleeding from nose, gums or other places and blackish patches on skin. Progressive fall in multiple samples needs vigilant management. If infections are not severe by 4th or 5th day count recovers to normalcy. Diagnosis of Dengue is done by IgG and IgM antibodies specific for Dengue.
