Now in this age, growing further ht, is not possible. But you can try by following exercises, yoga, taking more milk, calcium d vitamin diet, to get healthy bones. For your hair fall, there wopuld be many reasons like, water change, like hard water, your life style, food quality, any vitamin/iron/protein deficiency, harmonal imbalance, any h/o recent sickness, etc. For dark circles, also, we need to know your life style, work profile. As more mental exertion, system work, lack of of proper sleep, tensions, lower hb levels etc are the main causes for the dark circle formation. If you ccan assess7 tell, us, then we can advise, medicinal aswell home remdies, with proper diet plan.

Hello...... Take homoeopathic medicine:- Asterias rub 30 ( 3 drops four times a day ) Berberis aquifolium Q ( 10 drops three times a day in half cup water ) Make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines.... Do not take any thing half an hr before and after the medicine.... Take medicine for one month...... With medicine eat healthy diet including salad twice a day with meal..... Drink lots of water...... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products...... Avoid strong tea and coffee.. Avoid too much of these also....... Drink grern tea 3-4 cups daily...... Use mild face wash..... Wash face with plain water twice a day.. It removes extra oil from face...... Do not use any cream on face.. Use mild moisturiser...... When going out cover facd with cloth.. It protect you from dust..... Avoid junk food and fried things...... Avoid cold drinks..... Avoid sweets and all bakery products....... Avoid too much non veg...... Avoid touching face..... Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

6 Ways to Manage Your Anger!

6 Easy ways to not let your anger get the better of you.

Although a natural emotion, anger needs to be managed at all times so that it doesn’t get out of control and cause problems in your life. Whether at home, work or in your relationships, uncontrolled anger can affect your general life quality. However, controlling your anger comes with the benefit of improving your overall health, while reducing stress levels.

Here are some of the ways that you could learn to gain control on your temper:

1. Practice deep breathing
Instead of allowing your anger to get out of control, every time you start feeling angry, get down to practicing some simple breathing techniques to calm your tense body and mind. Here’s what you should do when enraged:
- Take slow, but deep breaths to counteract the stress reaction that usually accompanies anger
- Slowly repeat a calming word or phrase, which could be “relax”, “take it easy” or “I am in control of my anger”
- Work on your muscles by tightening and then relaxing them

2. Count from 1 to 100 or 100 to 1
Counting numbers can prevent you from flying off the handle. It takes your mind away from the cause of your anger and prevents you from mulling over the situation. The act of counting also provides you with the time to delay the impulsive behaviour that often follows the emotion. You can even make this more effective by breathing in slowly and deeply whenever you start on a

new number.

3. Focus on the present
Whenever you’re angry, don’t look back at the past. By doing so, you may end up bringing past grievances into your present situation, while holding others responsible for feeling how and what you feel. Instead focus your attention on what you can do in the present to work out the issue.

4. Relax tight muscles
Another tip that can help you to cool down fast is a gentle massage of the areas of tension, which are usually the shoulders, neck and scalp. For the shoulders, simply rotate them to relax tight muscles. To release the tension that gets built up in your neck and head region, perform a simple scalp massage to improve blood circulation and consequently, relax your mind.

5. Listen to music
Listening to music can soothe frayed nerves and calm you down. It works by helping you to sieve through the feelings of anger and disappointment in a constructive manner.

6. Change of situation
Taking yourself away from the source of anger, whether it’s the place or the person concerned, is an anger management skill that you can use to calm yourself. To do this, you can either close your eyes and transport yourself to a quiet and peaceful place or simply walk away to let your anger fizzle out. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a psychologist.

Hello, lybrate-user. First thing I would like to tell you and others is that dental problems are not cured by medicines. You will always need to undergo dental treatments when the cause is decay, fracture or plaque/calculus. Your history suggests infection, but without pics or doing inspection, its hard to know the cause. Still, if the tooth has decay n its not mobile then go for the root canal treatment as it would save your tooth and restore the functionality. Secondly, when tooth has pus at the end of the root due to infection, its better to avoid any type of heat to the local area either in form of hot massage, hot water gargles, or even smoking. Heat may spread the infection to other spaces leading to swelling. Smoking leads to interdental bone loss and your teeth become mobile. Most importantly, it may cause cancer. Hello, not to worry, we care due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply fairness cream / saffron face wash / papaya fairness scrub gel. Stay healthy.

Vaginal infection tend to recur, it requires prolonged treatment, maintain proper perineal hygiene. Get your blood sugar levels done. If sexually active then your partner should also be treated and till the infection is completely cured you should use barrier contraceptive method.
