Good morning. Doctor I am kushang pedwa I am 18 year old and white hair problem since 1 year please tell me what should I do. Thanks.
Respected Sir, Age: 37 Gender: Male Status: Married for 3 years Problem: erectile dysfunction & Hypospermia (No erection at all after taking Yohiumbhium Q - 15 drops X 3 times per day) REASON:I have taken Body Plus Ayurvedic body building capsules - 90 capsules (3 times daily X 30 days) 3 years ago. From that time all problem started. TOTAL PIPE LINE FROM THROAT TO RECTUM IS CONTRACTED (I THINK). 1, Because if I take 1 glass of water - vomiting tendency is there but if I take 2-3 glass of water I will vomit. 2.if I take spicy / fatty /too much food I will vomit. 3. All the time heart burn is there (pantodac dsr cap - 2 times neutralise it) 4.Due to contraction stool does not comes out at morning. 5. I feel gas has gone to rectum if unable to pass it. 6. No allopathic medicine is effecting on me because no medicine is there to relax the contraction 7.i have fatty liver and I am 100% sure it is due to body plus. 8.china q has no effect on me because it is not relaxing the contraction 9.body plus also affected my penis. As a result no erection and hypospermia 10. Viagra, penegra has no effect on penis 11. Very occasionally when gas comes out of rectum I feel little normal 12. On the left side of the abdomen (food pipe line) there is a pressure, my total chest is joint with pressure, my chest will stiff always and my head is joint from inside. 13. As a result I have to take sleeping pills - according to your consultation I take 1 pill of chronorest 0.5 & 1 pill of cilapam plus and now I have deep sleep 14. You have to release the contraction otherwise no effect will happen with any medicine 15. Before 5-6 months I have night fall 2 times in a month, but now not at all 16. Before 2 months I have to take cycratic medicines for insomnia namely DIVAA OD 750, SOLIAN 200 & SIZOPIN 25. But now I have completely stopped taking those medicines. 17.In one sentence BODY PLUS HAS CREATED - VERY SEVERE / TREMENDOUS ACIDITY & FLATULENCE. 18. PLEASE ADVICE ON PRIORITY FOR TWO THINGS - erectile DYSFUNCTION & HYPOSPERMIA otherwise DIVORCE is the way because already 3 months are gone. 19. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM. THIS IS A REQUEST TO YOU. Thanking you. My addiction is towards cold drinks (only sprite) and khane I have also no desire for sex. Cycratic medicine taken before, body plus & sleeping pill - these 3 things are disturbing my sex Now I am taking deep OD 750, SOLIAN 200, Pantodac dsr, normaxin rt & cremalax. before that I have taken: emesoprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole ,itopride levosulpiride tablets. I have also taken acogut tablets. Recently my stool gets blocked for 3 days¬. For that reason I have taken dalculax, - as a result I have loose motion for 1 day. But the stool again gets blocked from the next day – please suggest something. Actually the effects of Body plus is going down.
I have got dandruff and like it sticks to scalp and form layer. Many times, I end up in itching to take out that layer, sometime end up in blood in scalp. I am using shampoo 'Nizral' subsequent day giving relief, but this is not getting away.

Heart disease is a very broad term and includes various heart conditions ranging from muscular, circulatory, to nervous conditions. For an individual to develop any heart disease, there are two definite sets of risk factors – the fixed ones and the variables. The fixed ones are those that cannot be majorly modified and include genes and advancing age. The variable ones are the lifestyle changes and include factors like stress levels, smoking, food habits, physical activity, etc.
- Heart disease definitely has a genetic component to it.
- It can be seen in people who do not have a genetic predisposition but have a lifestyle that can trigger any type of heart disease.
- There are instances where even though there was a family history of heart disease, changes in lifestyle prolonged its onset and also reduced the severity of some symptoms.
- In patients where the heart disease has already onset, the prognosis and also the symptom management can be vastly improved. This, in turn, ensures reduced morbidity and mortality.
On one hand, in countries like USA, mortality and morbidity rates are declining due to heart diseases. On the other hand, there are developing countries where the incidence of heart disease is on the rise. The ability to predict family history and genetic correlation is not well established in these geographies, as heart disease as a condition does not date back to more than a couple of generations. Therefore, it is difficult to establish a strong family history and so it is more likely it is due to the new, altered lifestyle. It is highly likely that the heart disease did indeed run in families but it was never documented as an illness or a cause of death.
Lifestyle changes which affect the genetic makeup for heart disease:
- Poor eating habits which include loads of processed foods, non-nutritious foods, high levels of sugar and fats. Changing this to a diet rich in nutrition and antioxidants can help in controlling heart disease risk.
- Weight management: A sedentary lifestyle is a very big risk and managing weight is essential to reducing heart disease risk. An active lifestyle is definitely known to reduce the risk of heart disease.
- Smoking is known to be a big risk for not just heart disease but multiple other health conditions, cutting down smoking can prolong the onset of heart disease.
- Stress is the new risk factor for all disease conditions, this definitely helps curtail the risk for heart disease, even if there is a strong family history.
So, while there is definitely a genetic connection, lifestyle changes can help in managing heart disease.
