Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

Skin Problems - How Homeopathy Can Help?

Skin Problems - How Homeopathy Can Help?

Skin is the most important part of the body when it comes to appearance. It also protects the internal organs from harm caused by any external source. This is why keeping your skin in pristine condition is vital for your overall well-being. However, a host of skin problems afflict people over the course of their life. While some of these are minor issues, others can be serious and even critical. Here is a look at the causes and symptoms of the most common skin conditions.

  1. Urticaria- This condition is caused as a result of allergic reaction from certain foods and medications. In some cases, a cream or cosmetic product applied on the skin may be responsible for the disorder. This condition is also known as hives and the only symptom is the appearance of red itchy spots on the skin.
  2. Acne- Acne may be caused due to an infection or when the hair follicles in the skin become blocked. The blockage occurs when excess oil, dead skin cells and dirt get clogged in the skin. Even though acne may occur at any part of the body, they are most commonly noticed on the cheek, nose and forehead.
  3. Fungal infection- As the name of the disease suggests, this condition is caused as a result of infection from fungus. If you have been in direct contact with fungal spores and if you inhale the same, it may affect your skin and nails. Symptoms may differ based on the strain that has caused the infection. However, the appearance of itchy red patches over the skin is one of the common symptoms of such an infection.
  4. Psoriasis- An autoimmune condition, psoriasis causes the body to produce excessive amount of skin cells. As there is no place for these cells to accumulate, it forms a patchy layer over healthy skin. This patchy area becomes patchy and red.

Role of homeopathy against skin problems
Homeopathy is often the preferred form of treatment for those looking for a natural remedy. Even though the action of homeopathic remedies is slower than conventional medicine, they are nonetheless effective against a host of skin conditions. A range of topical creams, lotions and oral medications are present in homeopathy that can rectify all skin conditions. However, homeopathy addresses the root issue in the body and does not just treats the symptoms.

PORES ON FACE/PREMATURE GREYING/ Hello ----------- I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger If you have oily skin, you are more likely to have pronounced pores. Overactive sebaceous glands (or simply, oil glands) cause oil to constantly pass through the pores, and in some cases, clog them. This may lead to skin's loss of elasticity, which result in enlarged-looking pores. You can apply coconut oil to make skin regularly/ evenly oily instead of the irregular/uneven oiliness which damages look and gets clogged The unproven myth is that pores open and close. While the truth is despite what people believe is that you cannot steam your pores open. 'Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close, However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water. 1.Method-2 Prepare a scrub by combining grounded almonds powder and orange peel powder. Apply it on your face rubbing in a circular motion. It's the best cure for opened skin pores. 2.Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of sweet almond oil to it. Apply it. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

I have black colour below my eyes for years. what's the reason for not sleeping well? Please help me.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I have black colour below my eyes for years. what's the reason for not sleeping well? Please help me.
Contrary to popular belief, dark circles are more than just the result of being tired. The truth is the blue or green tone seen is actually the blood passing through the veins located just below the surface of the skin. If the skin around the eyes is extremely thin, as can occur progressively with age, and/or blood vessels are extremely close to the skin's surface, this can also give the appearance of darkness because blood becomes visible through translucent skin. As you age, skin loses its elasticity and ability to regenerate, which makes the appearance of dark circles more prominent regardless of beauty sleep. Genetic predisposition to thinner skin below the eyes can also contribute to the presence of dark circles. Cortisone, allergic reactions to cosmetics, tobacco smoke, and air pollution are known to trigger dark circles and bags under your eyes. The main reason for not sleeping well at your age can be mainly stress related.
