Dear Lybrate User, Why did you stop taking the Depression medication. The Psychiatric medication isn't allowed to stop or start suddenly. It gives brain shock waves which are harmful. These medication can only be reduced very gradually over a period of time. please continue your medication and see your doctor when he comes. You can also contact Psychologist along with medicine to reveal the cause of depression and tackle it. Divine Blessings.

I know that it is not possible that every things goes according to my wishes. Then why I feel very depressed but I don't show my depression to others. I am making my self angry young man, and when I get angry I also didn't now what to do and what not my mind start giving met randomly decision to me.

Dear Lybrate User, When done regularly twice a day, this exercise gradually alleviates the anxiety and is a sure shot method to relieve anxiety. But should be done religiously. Make a self rating scale of 0 to 10 where 0 = absence of anxiety, 10 = highest level of anxiety experienced. Each time you set yourself to do this exercise - note your anxiety level on 0 to 10 scale in a copy. Do the rating before exercise and after the exercise. Twice daily. Thus in a day you get 4 readings. Tai chi is a form of exercise specifically to direct your hyper energies to slow down and channelize your anxious and stress energy to Love Energy. It is a tested and tried exercise to alleviate stress and anxiety. Anxiety Healing Music Mantra to Improve Focus. OM jaap is one such mantra which allows your vibrations to become positive and aligns you to cosmic rhythm itself for ease in life.

I have high amount of anxiety and I easily get angry even for minor issues. If I ask someone a question I'm forcing them to answer it immediately and I'm insisting them until they say the answer I wanted. I'm not able to control my anger and I'm easily getting frustrated.

Dear Lybrate User, Anger management skills and also getting to the root cause of your anger issues is key to control your anger. U need to understand what is the cause of your anger and how you can control it. So contact a Psychologist or me privately to resolve this issue. One great exercise to implement is Tai Chi. I am suffering from anxiety and hypertension as I am over thinking a lot which is leading to psychological problem. As my penis when flaccid is very small and it retracts completely inside the body sometime or when I am exercising ,running or feeling nervous. Dear Lybrate User, First of all you must get diagnosed with a Psychologist whether it is Social anxiety or not. Second step would be to invest into yourself to overcome it. Parenting is an art, while some are natural at it others would have to learn about it in order to fare better. In any case, equipping yourself with the relevant knowledge can help you in the process. Especially, if you feel your child is disconnected or throwing tantrums lately, it is time you recognize the signs and focus on strengthening your relationship with your kid.

  1. Spending quality time with your child: Quality time refes to the time spent with your child in some way important. It is time that is set aside for paying full and undivided attention to your child.
