Hello, it is quiet natural that it takes time to erect after an ejaculation. Don't take any medicine for this as it is not a disorder. Drive varies among people. But if you want to increase it engage in joined acticities and sharing and loving with the partner. Leave the idea of penetrated sex but involove physically otherwise. Good diet rich in protein and spiced will also help.

There is increasing scientific evidence regarding  the role of diet and micronutrients in the  recovery from mental illness.Advantages are that it is nontoxic and acceptable to all and reduce stigma since it can be taken by all.Those with illness and those like to prevent illness.

  • There are large number of studies in mainstream journals about its effect in reducing symptoms of depression anxiety and psychosis.
  • For example omega 3 fatty acids are proved to be an all round nutrient particularly in mental healfth and brain health.There are about 27000 studies on the health benefits of fishoil suppliments.Likewise vitaminB12 deficiency manifests as depression,anxiety,memory loss and even psychotic symptoms.Chronic deficiency can cause dementia and Alzheimers .
  • Mocronutrient suppliments are found to be reducing child behaviour problems,ADHD and impulsive reactions in children.J.Rucklidge,MTaylor etallJL of child and adol2015.
  • Vitamin B3 is proved to be the only and wonderful vitamin in schizophrenia and congenital disorders.

Dear madam, I am going through hair loss and constipation. Loss of semen during stool but not during urination. Also I have somewhat stress. Thinking of sex my breathing increases tremendously. But if I am alone seeing porn, there is no any problem in erection and also during masturbating, there is no any premature ejaculation. Suggest me some good remedies. Thanking you.

Hello Your symptoms reported are that of anxiety and not of any other disorder. Need sex education and counselling related to sexual functioning. Try to reduce anxiety by changing lifestyle like doing exercise regularly ,engage in activities and work with definite goals. Learn some relaxation exercises to get yourself physically and mentally fit. All the best.

It is Premature ejaculation. You need to take very short break during sex with deep breath or divert yourself to reduce overdtimulation. Adjusting timing of ejaculation between you or partner with upper position during sex will also help. Bye.

Relationship And Sex Life

There are many anonymous queries to Clinical Psychologists which are just worries and night mares about sexual functioning and satisfaction and mostly by unmarried men. This is mainly because of the secrecy being run in families and educational setups and not being discussed openly in a matured manner. It is shared through media and gossips so that either vulgarized or looked down about a normal body mind functioning which make all living things exist, enjoy and survive.

Sex is a good catalyst in man woman relationship which make it strong, warm and intimate. Sexual behavior is being misunderstood as something wrong or threatening or forbidden. Sexual feeling, thought and behavior are not exactly related to doing sex or being physically involved in carrying some bodily actions by two people.

 Sexual behavior is a kind of behavior from inside and through expressions and many times not knowingly or intentionally  but being transmitted between two persons in a permissive, warm and mutually caring atmosphere.

There should not be fear, feeling of threat, shame or lack of mutual consent.

Why failure of performance or satisfaction??

Undue apprehension about partners acceptance ,fear of rejection which in turn related to poor understanding about the normal process of sexual functioning and doubts about ones organs .

Regarding women their role is being neglected or not understood by her partner. Many surveys show that female satisfaction is less considered or not considered by male partners. Many times females don’t take initiative or take active roles even if they are in need because of the fear of being misunderstood in Indian culture. Psychological blocks apprehensions create problems in normal sexual life .These can be attained with the help of trained Clinical Psychologist if not able to overcome by oneself.

Ina nutshell it is caring, sharing and the quality of relationship which makes a relationship success with sexual satisfaction and completeness. Not the size and shape of organs or muscle power. Thank you.

If you are having anxiety disorder or depressive state you need to take psychological treatments like psychotherapy or CBT from a trained psychologist also. This will improve your situstion. Take care.

I am suffering from Shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats, psychosis, anxiety, depression, constant headache, heavy head, panic disorder, unstoppable thoughts & thinking, brain thinking not in my control etc. I have been suffering from constant headache, anxiety, depression, heavy head, restlessness, unstoppable thinking not in my hand etc. From last years end of february. Than these symptoms were there when in last years november ,panic disorder (due to consumption of ganja) and other symptoms started. These all symptoms are continuously there ,and never gone. I am continuously in touch with psychiatrist from last years august. And I suffered from ups and downs in my mental health followed with panic attacks (fear of dying). And panic attack arose after consumption of ganja in last years november. So the main aim to consult you (dietician) is to let me know ,what all physical activities I can do to recover fastly and what all meal plans (foods that will be good for mental health) should I take regularly so that I can recover fastly. Actually I am taking medications continuously, and I found medications sometimes made my health worsened than sometimes helpful. Overall there is only 10% improvement in my health with medication. So I just wanted to focus now on the natural ways to recover fastly. I want to do it on my own. As I am frustrated with this mental health. I want you to tell me the physical activities that I can do regularly to cope up with mental health and also the meal plan required with it. I am damn serious ,i will follow the physical activity plan and meal plan provided by you to recover my health back and walk on roads like a normal human. Please give me a good diet plan or foods that I should take to recover fastly. For example, if I am jogging and running in morning at 6 a.m,than it will require a diet plan for body to make me again jogg and do physical activity next day. As my body feels week too sometimes.

What I understood from your writing is that you are highly anxious and worried. You may not be having that many kind of illnesses as you described. I am a Clinical Psychologist and what I feel is that you did not get psychological interventions like psychotherapy or counselling in addition to your treatment now. Try to avail cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) for the same. Definitely healthy diet with fish and fish oil (omega3) will help you. Avoid direct sugars, processed food and Too much of fat. Do moderate exercise like regular walking for 30 to 40 minutes .Be busy with things and get away from negative thoughts .Bye and take care.

Include food with more VITAMIN C like fresh fruits and vegetables. Take enough fish. Fish oil (Omega3) in more quantity will help a lot. Avoid junk food ,direct sugars and processed food.
