Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and apart from taking medication few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

I am 42 years old. Now, for more than 2 months knee pain in both legs. My weight 93 kg. Height 175 cm.

Hello. The answer to your question can be given very vaguely coz you have not specified your both legs starting and ending points of pain. Assuming it to be starting from knee. Then my friend you have landed ypurself in one of teh most common and easliy treatable disease. As per your age, I would highly recomend an x-ray before I make any comment so as to know extent of your bones involvement. And then see you so as to treat you. Hope I have solved your query to out most of my power. My best regards for your health and future. Do take good care. And do not let your pain to go away in your busy schedule.

I am suffering from 5 years with psoriasis, is there any best solution to prevent this disease.

Psoriasis is a common, chronic, relapsing/remitting, immune-mediated systemic disease characterized by skin lesions including red, scaly patches, papules, and plaques, which usually itch. The skin lesions seen in psoriasis may vary in severity from minor localized patches to complete body coverage. The five main types of psoriasis are plaque, guttate, inverse, pustular, and erythrodermic. Plaque psoriasis, the most common form, typically manifests as red and white scaly patches on the top layer of the skin. The causes of psoriasis are not fully understood. It is not purely a skin disorder and can have a negative impact on many organ systems. No cure is available for psoriasis, but various treatments can help to control the symptoms. The effectiveness and safety of targeted immune therapies is being studied, and several have been approved (or rejected for safety concerns) by regulatory authorities. The disease affects 2? 4% of the general population. So you well understand that when the cause is not clearly understood yet, so how we can comments on prevention. However, following has been said to have some effect on giving little additional relief. Conditions reported as accompanying a worsening of the disease include chronic infections, stress, and changes in season and climate. Others include hot water, scratching psoriasis skin lesions, skin dryness, excessive alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking, and obesity.

Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily
