Nothing to worry. Just do regular exercise, either 30 mins exercise daily or 45 mins exercise for 3 days a week, and a healthy diet including vegetables, fruits except those sugary ones, low cholesterol ,low carbohydrates meal.

I have been suffering from BP for the last 20 years. I am 60 years old. I am taking Nebistar SA now in the morning after the breakfast. Every year I undergo health check up. Recently last week I undergone health check up where in TNT is negative and ECHO indicates Mild Concentric LVH, Grade I AR, No RWMA, Normal LV systolic function LV diastolic dysfunction. Other echo report is normal. My cardiologist says it is normal nothing to worry but keep BP under control. Presently my BP reads 130-140/80-85. My HbA1c is 6.20. I wish to know any cause of concern and what precautions I need to take. Regards.
