Dear sir madam I did sex with a prostitute 3 and half month ago. I have been getting numbness and cramps in leg and hand and tingling and loose stool twice a day. After 10 of the sex .my body is not absorbing food that is malabsorption. Mymajor problem is inflammation in leg and hand joint .pls help is it a sign if hiv. Hello- You have a possibility of getting HIV or any STD. If an antibody test is negative, repeat HIV testing should be done at six weeks, three months, and six months following the exposure since it can take up to six months for your body to make antibodies to the HIV virus.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sometimes the pain can be so diffused ie. the lower end of the vertebral column might be inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called Coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain. This air cushion pillow (donut pillow) can be used in the hard surfaces of sitting ie. dining table chairs, wooden chairs, not definitely on the soft surfaces like sofa, cushion sofa, spongy cushion chairs etc,

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly. *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. Hi, I am having plantar Fasciitis. When first time I feel it, I had gone to doctor and after one injection, it was gone completely. But after some days when I did a job (standing job for 8 to 10 hrs), the problem again started. Then also after diagnosis, my doctor told me to take some medicine. By taking these medicine, I am getting relief from pain to some extend (not completely), but due to my standing job, I am feeling the same same problem when I stop taking the medicine. Can you please suggest me for the permanent cure of this plantar Fasciitis. Thank You.

Hello it is a inflammation of planter fascia ligament, well you can do hot and cold therapy, ultrasound therapy, rest and use silicon rubber pads. You can also take ibuprofen as a pain relief. The following exercise are: rom exe like pull back ankle standing calf stretch calf stretch with use of the towel with knee straigth heel stretch with use of the towel with knee slightly bend standing heel strech with knee slighty bend strengthning exe with resistance rubber.
