Madam my daddy has knee contact he always band left leg and I got a knee brace I had brought till 45 degree he always got pain so what can I do if I was not massage his legs because of summer he will got heat in legs so that is why.

Hallo. You have not mentioned your dad's age. May be related with age. If you take x-Ray you may see porosis. You have to do ayurveda panchakarma treatment. This will reduce degeneration of joint. Otherwise the pain will not be reduced. For temporary relief put cotton dipped in warm oil over knee for 20 minutes. And take yogarajaguggulu tablet BD. Thank you.

Hallo lybrate-user. If you had dislocation 3 year back. It is important to know details of injury. Because the way of injury help to give an idea about the structures which can be involved in the injury. What I think is you had a ligament injury at that time which was given less attention. This could trigger the pain in long run. Best way to improve joint stability is to have soup of goat meat. If you are veg you can have sprouts soup. Include protein foods daily. Also apply oil do massage daily.

I have desk job and in the last 2 year my weight has gone up from 50 kgs to 85 kgs. I want to lose weight please help.

Hallo sir, You have mentioned that you are doing desk job. I hope you are IT prof. If you are sitting continuously for long hours, daily, it is a serious reason for your weight gain. Gaining weight will be due to - Type of food. If you have fast food on daily basis. Timing of having good food. (specially missing Morning breakfast, having HEAVY food after 8 pm) Lack of exercise. Lack of sound sleep. Sitting Jobs. Mental stress. Are some major problem. Before taking any medicine. Please correct, any of the above reasons if you have. Type of food- do not stop intake of food all of a sudden, which is very unhealthy. Increase fibrous food more. Reduce carbohydrate. Do not sit continuously for hours. Take a walk in between. Try to have dinner before 8 PM, Light food. And ABOVE ALL. Be patient. Gaining weight will be faster, but to loss that is slower. And the slow method is healthier. Thank you.

Hallo there. I hope you are very much stressed. Try to remain calm. Loss of sleep is due to several reasons. Most common for present youngsters is due to over use of mobile, computer and t. V. I can suggest some simple changes in your life to be adopted. Have light dinner and early about 7pm. Stop t. V and computer 2hrs before going to sleep. Have a shower after reaching apartment in the evening. Take deep breath before going to bed few times.

Hallo. To get up early morning, is very difficult to all is not it? why is it difficult? think differently, try to sleep early and have a sound sleep, normaly you will wake up early. Why can not we have a sound sleep? its becouse of our lifestyle. Try to have light food at night, have dinner early by7. Do not see tv till you sleep. Stop it 2hrs before you sleep. Go to bed by 10. You will wake up by 5, 5.30 etc. Benifit. Just before sun set. It is the best time, where our mind is completly active, and that we can train it to our way. High concentration power. Ability to think in a higher level. We can feel the difference quickly if you practice it. Thank you.
