How I increase my memory because I forget all things always soon? And how I grow my weight?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
7 Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam. It is better not to gain weight as it causes many diseases . Stay lean and active

Brain Power Boosting Exercise Tip

Brain Power Boosting Exercise Tip
1. Aerobic exercise is particularly good for the brain, so choose activities that keep your blood pumping. In general, anything that is good for your heart is great for your brain.
2. Physical activities that require hand-eye coordination or complex motor skills are particularly beneficial for brain building.
3. Exercise breaks can help you get past mental fatigue and afternoon slumps. Even a short walk or a few jumping jacks can be enough to reboot your brain.

Dear, see around you. There are many people out there just like you. Fell in love and got cheated. I mean to say that is an universal problem. That is not called depression but disappointment. Disappointment also triggers symptoms as in the case of depression. One or two counseling sessions should solve your problem. Please let me know if you are willing for telephonic counseling sessions. Take care.

How to quit smoking as I'm addicted to smoking with out that I cant survive my day. An I get headache if I don't smoke.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Best age to stop smoking is before 40 ,In fact do not start all Only by using strong will power and avoiding all situations where you feel like smoking, chewing tobacco or drinking or using drugs/ weed, avoiding friends who smoke and diverting mind by reading or chewing a gum, like NICORETTE and taking a walk when you crave for a smoke can all help. You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally Cigarette smoking is a leading preventable cause of mortality. It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 31st May is “World No Tobacco Day” Quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality.

Loosing temper and loosing control over onselves after a period of work physical or mental is very common with many people. You have to understand that for every customer from their side it is a single visit and hence they expect as if you are dealing with the first customer. From your side it's many over many hours. Try to relax in between and think from the side of the customers. After all you are doing your job and not free service hope this will help you.

Stress Management

5 steps to a stress free life (part 1)

It is commonly being said and discussed everywhere that a life without stress and worry is impossible to exist. While some of us consider stress as natural, there are others who even say stress is good and some even go to the extent of saying that becoming stressful and worrying will bring us to solutions to problems. While the bandwidth of common views and opinions is vast, it is fair to say that there is no common consensus on the wordstress. We are all confused and misled by our own beliefs, others’ opinions, information from outside sources as well as most importantly, a lack of correct wisdom on the 21st century favourite topic. A shift of consciousness at 5 levels can lead to a stress free life. Let’s take 5 such steps:

Step 1 – relax! it is all happening for the good – when this was told to some worriers, they laughed it out. The demotion at the office, the critical illness, the demonetization, the absolutely negative relationship with my spouse, where nothing but disagreement exists – and you say it is all happening for the good. Spiritual wisdom when learnt makes us relaxed and easy that whatever is happening at the current moment is right. Also, anything happening will strengthen you, make you wiser spiritually and emotionally, is settling negative karmic bondages created by us in the past and making us lighter. Also, most important of all, it is a test for us, by passing which, we will create better future realities for ourselves. So, always remember the slogan – what has passed was good, what is in front of us now is very good and whatever future we create by remaining stable and content in the present difficult situation, will be very very good. Why? because we are born winners! starting the day with this consciousness will make you a self-success story, which you take pride in.

(to be continued tomorrow …)
