Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. I have some wheezing problem due to heavy weight of my body. Past three month this problem continue.
Since the body area that needs utmost attention is the chest, one should try to keep it warm. Use fomentation bottle to warm up the chest, upper back, and back side of the neck. Keeping your feet in warm water is also helpful.

Yes he can have any time, provided by taking milk he does not have increased symptoms of wheezing.. It's not always allergic to all asthmatics.

It could be due to exercise induced Asthma. Consult physician for advice and treatment. You may have to take asthma prophylaxis drugs
