Hello lybrate-user, taking less meal is not a solution of losing weight. There are so many reasons for weight increasing. Ayurveda, yoga and diet plan all are combined helps you. If you have habit for tobacco, tea, coffee etc ,stop it to take. Avoid junk food and processed food. Take home made balanced diet. Avoid excessive use of sugar and salt in cooking.
