Thyroid can't be cure completely, but can control only through regular medication.
Should avoid stress, do some yoga ,pranayam such as anulom vilom, ujay breath, sarvang aasan, hala aasan, and meditation.

Hello, Dosage of thyroxine should not be frequently changed on your own. Since you have not mentioned TSH level, it is difficult to comment. When on treatment TSH should be between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms are in check. BP 140/90 mm Hg is high for your age. If it remains at the same level then you need to take treatment for that. Plus reduce salt intake. Thanks.
