TSh should be below 2.5 is recommended to concieve, It shoud be kept below 2.5 throught pregnancy. And should bbe estimated every 4 weeks during first falf of pregnancy. It will have no effect whether you take your medicine or not before going for the test. Consult a physician who is available to you easily throughout pregnancy to adjust the daosage of mecicines.

Hello, Dosage of thyroxine should not be frequently changed on your own. Since you have not mentioned TSH level, it is difficult to comment. When on treatment TSH should be between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms are in check. BP 140/90 mm Hg is high for your age. If it remains at the same level then you need to take treatment for that. Plus reduce salt intake. Thanks.

Your TSH level is a little higher than the normal range. If you want you can repeat it after 2 months (do the thyroid profile - T3 and T4 also included ). Do check your thyroid profile profile from some lab. Did you lose or gain weight in last few months or are you underweight since long? U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic).
