Probably a disl prolapse instead which is giving pressure symptoms (pain radiation to leg) your both screning tests are negative and you have not being infected by tubercular bacterism so better think otherwise and consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Sarcoidosis and tb are both different diseases, but many times present with similar type of symptoms, so doctor is not clearly able to tell which one is causing problem, and the patient may have to be given treatment for both. Do you have history of tuberculosis/ family history of tuberculosis?
Do ESR test. X-ray. And if there is some hint of tuberculosis than go for mri.
It's curable and duration of treatment depends on location of infection.

TB Gold test is not diagnostic. It can be positive or sometimes negative but does npot confirm the diagnosis. Symptoms of intestinal TB are fever, loss of appetite, constipation/diarrhoea, pain and weakness. Sometimes, there are no symptoms and patient presents with intestinal obstruction.

Hi Lybrate-user, Yes TB can be cured. The prerequisite is to take medicines regularly as adviced (daily or alternate day as per DOTS) without FAIL and long term. The duration is for minimum 6 months but can vary depending on the organ affected (bone TB and brain TB may be up to 1 year). Drug resistant TB is different. It requires treatment for 2 years and is slightly more difficult to cure.
However the symptoms get better usually before treatment is completed.
