You have done a mistake by discontinuing medicines of TB for a months now. You have not only increased chances of it coming back but also it has increased chances of coming back in form of drug resistant TB(which is a dangerous form called mdr-tb), if the course was incompletely taken.

Hi, 100% compliance of att is required for complete cure. Though chances of giving infection are less after 3 months of therapy but one should not take risk and continue medicine till 6-9 months.

Occasionally, a tb treated patient also gets blood in cough when secondary bacterial infection occurs.
S condition called bronchiectasis follows tb, which can also caues bleeds. Dx by ct scan and sputum bacteriology. If it recurs consult pulmonologist.

coughing that lasts three or more weeks.
Coughing up blood.
Chest pain, or pain with breathing or coughing.
Unintentional weight loss.
Fatigue.
Fever.
Night sweats.
