Do regular yoga exercises. Go daily for early morning walk. Regularly pray to god and thank him for all things in our life.

Having stress, headaches, feeling tired and fatigue most of the time at your age can have multiple causes but mostly it is due to mismanaged stress. Also a possibility of hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies and depression cannot be ruled out.
Please find time to do relaxation exercises like yoga and/ or meditation. Even a daily brisk walk for 45 minutes can help.
Have a relaxing sleep at night.
Eat healthy. Include fresh fruits in diet. Avoid preserved foods or junk foods.

Hello,
You may be having Headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem
kindly follow advises given below
you can take:
1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
3. Get check eyes for refractive error again to see if no. is changed

2. Take a break and teach yourself how to relax through hobbies or constructive de-stressing activities.
3. Learn to manage time properly through prioritising tasks efficiently.
4. If you still are unable to destress meet a Counsellor/Psychiatrist to find out if what you consider as stress is a sign of underlying disorder like anxiety or depression.

2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy.
