Take plenty amount of water.
Since you are female, are you suffering from any irregular periods or heavy or scanty flow during your periods. If so the weight gain may be due to hormonal imbalance. Consult the doctor.

You can do yoga in any sequence but in surya namaskar, you have to do all 12 yoga in their own sequence only.
