I am 19 years old. I have a problem of black spot under my eyes. Please help me to solve my problem.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a goo...more

U can lose weight in a structured manner in which weight is lost, there is no weakness nor loose skin
Do the following
1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness have developed due to weakness of the ligaments &inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. blue patches on thigh occurs due to venous flow obstruction meaning lack of proper circulation. To get rid from these blue patches:
* make your weight in control specially your belly fat. Make your belly area fat free.
* do regular walk for 10 to 15 minutes daily and avoid long hours of sitting.
* do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under guidance of yoga expert.
* do massage with mustard oil on your thigh region slowly in upward motion for 5 minutes.
