Dear,
blue patches on thigh occurs due to venous flow obstruction meaning lack of proper circulation. To get rid from these blue patches:
* make your weight in control specially your belly fat. Make your belly area fat free.
* do regular walk for 10 to 15 minutes daily and avoid long hours of sitting.
* do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under guidance of yoga expert.
* do massage with mustard oil on your thigh region slowly in upward motion for 5 minutes.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days
kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days
take plain water steam once a day
avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas.
Stop using mosquito repellants.

1. The sweat doesnât stink, itâs bacteria that cause foot odor
The so common cheesy, ammonia-like, or malt-vinegary smell is caused by bacteria feeding on (waste material in) sweat and dead skin cells.
When the bacteria eat, the sweat decomposes and during the accompanying chemical process isovaleric acid (and propionic acid) are released. Those organic acids cause the foul odor.

Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!!

Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day.
Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.
Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.
