Sinusitis get more aggravated when osteomeatal unit gets blocked or to say passage of drainage gets narrowed. So, to control sinusitis, control of allergic rhinitis is necessary.

In pilonidal sinus which is from birth there will be throbbing pain and watery discharge or pus, not relived satisfactorily or permanently by treatment and located in centre and lowest point of spinal cord near the buttock. A simple examination by a general surgeon is all that is required for diagnosis and furthe management.
