Kindly go in for steam inhalation. Minimum twice a day. This will relieve you of the congestion. If possible do exercise daily. Min 4 km brisk walking. Yoga will be of good benefit.

Keep your ears closed when you are going outside. Don't expose yourself in cold whether frequently. Keep yourself warm. In yoga there is a technique called jalaneti or nosewash. Try to learn and practice it weekly thrice which will be really helpful in your case.
