Usg can give lots of information about soft tissue and being dynamic study it will give lots of information.
Mri will show much more details to confirm the diagnosis.

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min.

You can use the ice if the duration of pain is shorter, or if pain is severe with swelling and redness. otherwise you can use warm water pouring on affected part. you can avoid heavy weight lifting. do some free exercise without any weight slow that relieves your pain slowly.
