Taking ointment is not the only solutions, there arte 100's of reasons for shoulder pain. You please describe in detail about the problem, which movements are affected, is it associated with tingling, any activity which aggravates it.

Avoid heavy weight and computer work other strain full activity take hot and cold pack for 20 minutes and muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok otherwise take physiotherapy treatment.

Hello! diabetes can be well managed by a good diet chart. Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice). Go for a dietitian. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day.

Goodmorning what I would suggest to you is to start with a few active exercises. You could do a few pendular exercises for the shoulder. The hot water fermentation and a cold water fermentation will help a lot. Please do take a session of 10 days of physio for your shoulder. This will reduce your pain. Please do get back to me.

There are many causes of shoulder pain, but at your age if there is no history of any injury, it can be due to some inflammation, tendinitis etc.
Please let me know if there is any associated swelling, skin redness etc? start with gentle anti inflammatory medication which suits you, ice packs 3-4 times in a day at home, intensive physical therapy for around 2 weeks and let me know in 2 weeks...more

Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also.
Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
Shoulder exercises can be done any time. It should not be done immediately after taking food.

Hello lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain....
Treatment-
1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .
2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day.
4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day..
Diet-
Avoid fermented food...Junk food....potato rice....sleep well......
