Hello thanks for query, scoliosis is a disorder in which there is a sideways curve of the spine, scoliosis can run in families. A child who has a parent, brother, or sister with scoliosis should have regular check ups by the family doctor.

Treatment for scoliosis is surgery only. This is not undertaken in all hopitals. In delhi we have some centers where it is being done. Consult me if you desire.

There are some stretching exercises for chest and lower back. There are some external therapies for this problem.

Depending on the severity of the curve you made need braces or surgery.
Diet can help bone health.
Your diet has to be good in calcium, proteins and vitamin D.
Most often loss of bone health is aggravated due to deficiency of nutrients and poor eating habits.

Low back problems are routinely seen by an Orthopedic surgeon and has more exposure and expertise in treating them. For your problem I would suggest you show it to an Orthopedic surgeon who specialises in spine.
