Hello dear scoliosis will continue prograsive disease so it will never cure tottly without operations. It's 2 type one is congenital and 2nd is postural. So which kind of you have. Exercises will stop the progression and little cure too. If you have your x-ray, MRI etc please share with me will try my best to get you rid as much as possible. Take care.

bow legs defined as lateral angulation of knee cause can be due to growth abnormalities, development disorders, metabolic disorders like rickets etc. Scoliosis can be postural or non postural. Depending upon your posture curvature of body it's hard to manage your defense services. But you can improve your spine curvature by doing regularly exercises. Exercise or yoga can improve your muscular strength, endurance and improve stamina.
