Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take milk and milk products. Take 2-3 egg daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item.

You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. Hi lybrate-user never take supplements, they are slow poison which will harm your body, television ads and gym coaches will never tell you the side effects because they want profits. To gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Yoga provides the best results if it is done in the morning. 30 minutes of yoga will be adequate. You can do weight training either in the morning or in evening depending on your convenience. Yes you can do both these exercises in a day.
