Sir sciatica pain is curable in physiotherapy, its a kind of mechanical pain due to disc bulge/ facet joint arthropathy or other causes, consult with qualified physiothrapist they will assess you and make a treatment protocol whatever is best for you acc to yous condition. Hi, for sciatica pain use hot frugmentation and heat 14 mint and doing side by side leg pulling excercise and avoide earth setting ,heavy lifting, forwrd banding, back word banding. Stair clambing. Hips pelvic tilt excercise doing good for this pain.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Hi. Medicine alone will not give you relief. Kindly learn stretching exercises from physiotherapist and do it regularly to relieve compression of sciatic nerve. Then learn strengthening and core exercises for back which will prevent the recurrannce of pain.
