You need to practise exercises under the supervsision of a expert physiotherapist .the physiotherapist would also help you with electrotherapy namely ultrasonic and tens and graduaaly you will see improvement in your condition. You can also perform these exercises in an online session from a physiotherapist along with hot water fomentation at your home.

Sciatica is pain in leg due to impingement of sciatic nerve in the lower back.
Some time pain reaches to severe over the entire nerve root of sciatic nerve which is your lower back that causes buttock, thigh, lower leg and even foot numbness, pain, and sometimes even weakness.

Hello, not every low back pain is sciatica. But if you say its sciatica then I believe you. Proper rehabilitation can cure sciatica completely. If it is due to disc herniation traction, electric modalities and exercises can do wonders. Many at times some conditions mimics sciatica. They are known as Pseudo sciatica. I hope you know the difference between the two before you come to any conclusion.
Sciatica pain is heartening but can be cured if treated properly.
