Exercise helps a lot for sciatica. Exercises to be done while lying down. Avoid sitting for longer time at one place. Do stretching exercises, releaving compression from nerve is must. Yes it can be solved by yoga and physiotherapy depending on cause.

Masturbation has no effect on your sciatica and it does not increase the pain. Your pain is due to sciatica. You can do exercises to get relief from your pain. Consult your doctor, he will suggest you few exercises including stretching for pain relief.

hi lybrate user.... there is some ayurvedic medicines as well therapies for sciatica.....ome home remadies you can do....1)dont stand or sit for long duration 2)while you sleep put some pillows or cushion under your calf region 3)do yoga in general... more the blood flow will be better more your situation recover...
