As I am from nutrition field I will guide you in you r diet. So first poultry products like chicken, egg whites and fish have good bioavailable protein.in veg soya bean is excellent having less carbs. So include these in you r regular diet and see the resultd .all the best.

If you exercise daily and eat healthy along with it, you can lose 2-3 kgs per month. Losing weight fast is not advisable for your health and losing weight fast also leads to putting it back faster.

Whenever you have time, you can do any exercise including Yoga.
You only have to take care that give a gap of at least two hours after a meal for any exercise else you may feel uncomfortable during the exercise. Still better will be that you do Yoga before dinner. Also try to get a proper guide for Yoga else you may sprain some part of your body. First learn properly then you can do it on your own.
