Have fruits with a high vitamin A content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin E and C contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Use a salicylic acid based face wash and alcohol free toner for your skin twice a day.
Oil control itself shld help control your acne. You could use topical clindamycin gel twice a day for 1 week for your pimples. However if the pimples are too many and painful it us better you have a consultation.

Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style.

1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash.
Use tea tree face wash and tea tree toner.

Acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.
