To stop pimples change food habites avoid too oily, ghee prepretions, spacy, fast,junck food. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad,do arobic excersices, yoga,will help. Wash face with neem face wash dry than apply Rudraderm cream. Dr. Tare.

Hi! The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Use a salicylic acid based face wash and alcohol free toner for your skin twice a day.
Oil control itself shld help control your acne. You could use topical clindamycin gel twice a day for 1 week for your pimples. However if the pimples are too many and painful it us better you have a consultation.

Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style.
