Use Warm water for drinking,
take proper diet,
walk for 45 minutes in the morning,
Take dinner in half quantity of lunch.
Do regular exercise,
do yoga ,pranayam daily,
avoid overeating,
avoid sleeping immediately after taking food,
avoid foods kept in friedge,
avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods,
avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks,

-Stress
-Loss of sleep

These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser. Apply clindamycin gel over active acne. If it does not show any improvement, consult a dermatologist personally.

For pimples apply Faceclin gel/D'acne plus twice daily over affected area.
For marks apply Photoscreen Depigment cream/Demelan cream once weekly at night (very little only on marks only)
Use Rejuglow face wash/Episoft OC cleanser, wash face 3-4 times in a day.
Chemical combination peels to clear face.

and use face pack every night , for oily skin chandan face pack is a better option ..
