There are four main factors which causes acne:
Oil production

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, infection , stress and unhealthy diet. Take food with rich in vitamin A, vitamin E and C. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Consult with pics for a detailed prescription.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junk, spacy, foods
take simpal veg food with salad, fruites, green vegitabales. Wash face with neem face wash morning end night. Do arobic excersices, yoga will help you.
