Hi.
Irregular periods and overweight are due to pcod. You have to be on strict low calorie diet and work out in a gym or do yoga regularly to lose weight. Once you lose weight,\m your periods will also be regular.
For constipation and piles, please follow these tips:

Ask him to have food restrictions like---plenty of vegetable salads ;fresh vegetable--carrot--juice ;daily. Plenty of water and fluids daily.----- control fast ;junk; coloured ;bakery; tinned;preserved; fried ;grilled food items. Limit oils; pickles;red meat items in food. Limit egg and egg products. Not that everyone who gets constipated or has hard stools gets hemorrhoids (pilles). But most often over straining, badly constipated stools are possible reasons.

• Have a banana at breakfast daily.
• Cut down on coffee, milk products.

Tell him to take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months.
If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc.
Management:
Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most dr...more
