My advice is to go for check up by a surgeon first to confirm your diagnosis. There are many different reasons for bleeding.
First of all, control your constipation
Consume lot of water and fibre rich diet.

It could be due to piles. Main reason for piles at your age is constipation. So as long as you pass normal motion pain will not be there. So to avoid constipation, you should take plenty of water atleast 2.5 to 3 litres in a day.
