Drink coconut water twice daily
Eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily
Avoid nonvegeterion diet and alcohol if any
Practice yogas and pranayamas daily

Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problem you have to avoid constipation & straining at stools
- have more of fibrous foods, vegetables including green leafy ones, fruits, whole grains, legumes, beans, sprouts, nuts
- have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion
- avoid spicy, fried, processed & junk food, also avoid alcohol & smoke if you do
- apply Smuth cream before & after defecation
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water & have it twice a day, morning...more

Yes Please avoid excess dry fruits, eggs, non veg food Before gym, go for jogging Do regular pranayam and yoga Take salads, vegetable juices, soups, fruits more Take Tab pilex by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 mths Abhayristha 20 ml twice daily with water for 3 mths Apply sunarin cream locally twice a day.
